We offer exceptional care, quality training/instruction and individualized attention. We do not offer pasture board, and at this time are only accepting clients who are minimally interested in weekly lessons. We offer the highest level of care you would find in a top-level show barn, but with a bit more of a relaxed environment.‍ ‍

Amenities:

• 28 acres in the heart of Apex, close to all major highways, shopping and dining.

• (16) 14x12 stalls, concrete block barn with mats, fly system and fans.

• 2 wash stalls with hot/cold water and a Red Light Therapy Solarium in one wash stall.

• Climate-controlled tack room with individual tack lockers.

• Climate-controlled lounge, bathroom and office area with refrigerator, microwave, seating, and WIFI.

• Covered porch area with seating overlooking the arena.

• Raised platform seating area next to the arena.

• Grassy fields with board and electric fencing.

• 125x250 all-weather sand/limestone screenings arena with stadium lights.

• 7-acre grass jumping field with cross country jumps of various sizes.

• Tree-lined property perimeter that provides a nice hacking option.

• Blue Seal, Pro Elite, and Nutrena feeds. Timothy mix square bale hay. No round bales.

• Hunter/Jumper/Equitation focused program that shows locally up through AA level.

Full-Care Board

$1,500/mo includes:

• Stalls cleaned seven days a week, multiple times per day when the horses stay in due to weather.

• Buckets dumped and scrubbed every day with fresh water provided.

• Pasture tubs dumped and scrubbed as frequently as needed to provide fresh water in pastures at all times.

• Fencelines are checked and repaired regularly to maintain safety.

• Pastures are dragged and picked weekly to help keep bugs down.

• Ring is dragged multiple times per week. Courses are regularly changed for variety.

• Turnout with one buddy, very limited/additional cost individual turnout option.

• All blanket changing.

• Fly gear and fly spray application (owner provided).

• Holding for farm vet and farrier.

• Horses are thoroughly looked over when brought in from the field daily.

• Facility is open 7 days a week.

• Laundry Service included.
